Welcome to Dessert Print Inc. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services—including our edible image toppers, cookies, premium chocolate bars, and digital downloads. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them thoroughly. They’re long, detailed, and important—just how we like it.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy and Return & Replacement Policies. If you disagree, do not use our services. Continued use means continued acceptance of our evolving, dynamic, and gloriously verbose Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Creation
Age Requirement: You must be 18 or older, or have parental consent, to use our site.

Account Responsibility: If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login information and password secure, and for all activity under your account.

Right to Refuse: Dessert Print Inc. reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders if we suspect unauthorized or unlawful activity.

3. Product Information and Accuracy
We specialize in edible image toppers (sugar sheets), cookies, premium chocolate bars, and downloadable design files. All descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy, but we’re not liable for typos, color differences, or the occasional flying unicorn that may affect your delivery.

4. Order Placement and Customization Details
When you place an order, you confirm that every personalization detail—text, image, shape—is correct. You upload it, we print it—no take-backs once production begins. We do not proofread your text or enhance low-quality images unless you explicitly purchase our Image Proof Service.

5. Payment Processing and Taxes
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and any other payment processors we deem reliable. All payments must be authorized before production. Applicable taxes are applied according to state and local laws. We’re not responsible for bank fees, declined transactions, or mysterious extra charges from your payment portal.

6. Edible Products & Safety Disclaimer
All edible products are produced using FDA-approved ingredients. They’re crafted in a facility that may handle allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy. Consumption is at your own risk. We’re not liable for allergic reactions, dental damage from cookie overindulgence, or crumbs in your keyboard.

7. Delivery & Fulfillment
Local Delivery & Pickup Only: We offer direct delivery and pickup in our designated service area. There is no “shipping” via carriers—your order is delivered fresh to your door or held for pickup.

Delivery Estimates: Any quoted delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If you need rush delivery, select the express option at checkout. Once your order leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of destiny. We’ll help track your delivery, but we’re not liable for traffic jams, sudden UFO sightings, or other epic delays.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the custom and perishable nature of our edible goods, all sales are final. Digital downloads are final sale as well. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours at termsofuse@dessertprint.com with clear photos. We’ll assess and work in good faith to resolve the issue—but remember, once delivered, it’s yours to enjoy.

9. Use of Digital Downloads
Digital products are provided under a limited license for personal or internal commercial use only. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or publicly post them without our written consent. Violations may result in legal action, public shaming, or poetic justice.

10. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content—images, logos, copy, graphics, templates, and visual assets—are the property of Dessert Print Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or steal our magic. Customer-submitted artwork remains your property, but you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it solely for order fulfillment, marketing, and brag-worthy social posts.

11. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree not to:

Conduct illegal activity

Harass or threaten our staff

Upload malware or offensive content

Disrupt our operations or kill the vibe

We may terminate your access without notice if you violate these rules or make the internet a worse place.

12. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Dessert Print Inc. be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to event failures, frosting disasters, or emotional attachment to chocolate bar art. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County. We’d prefer settling things over a tray of cookies and bars, but legal paths are available if necessary.

14. Updates to Terms and Contact Info
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. You’re responsible for reviewing them regularly. Major changes will be posted on our site or emailed to registered users. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Ingredient & Allergen Disclosure
By using our site and purchasing any edible product, you confirm you’ve read and acknowledged our Ingredients & Allergen Information page. We disclose known allergens and ingredient profiles to the best of our ability, but products are made in a shared facility and may carry traces of nuts, gluten, dairy, or soy. If you have any concerns or special dietary needs, contact us before ordering. We’re not liable for adverse reactions to our products.
