This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we deliver your custom edible toppers, cookies, and premium chocolate bars. Read carefully.

1. Delivery Methods
Local Delivery & Pickup Only – We do not use external carriers. Your order is delivered fresh by our team or held for pickup at our kitchen.

No “Shipping” – All references to “shipping” elsewhere should be read as “delivery.”

2. Delivery Zones
Local Service Area: Glendale, CA & Panorama City, CA

Out-of-Area Orders: Only sugar-sheet toppers are available for mail-style delivery via our certified partner. Cookies and chocolate bars remain local-delivery only.

3. Order Cutoffs & Timing
Standard Delivery (Included)
Order by 6:00 PM local time → Delivered or ready for pickup next morning (between 8 AM–11 AM).

Order after 6:00 PM → Delivered or ready for pickup the following morning

Express Delivery (+ $15 Fee)
Order by 12:00 PM local time → Same-evening delivery (between 6 PM–9 PM).

Order after 12:00 PM → Delivered next business day evening

4. Delivery Scheduling & Notifications
After checkout, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation with your delivery type.

You’ll get:

Preparation Complete notice (when items are ready).

Out for Delivery alert on delivery day.

Delivery Complete confirmation once dropped off.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If we can’t complete delivery due to incorrect address, no access, or no answer:

We’ll contact you to reschedule.

A $10 redelivery fee may apply.

After two failed attempts, we may cancel your order without refund.

6. Receiving & Inspection
Inspect your items within 1 hour of delivery.

For damage, missing items, or incorrect orders, email photos and your order number to delivery@dessertprint.com within 1 hour.

No photos within 1 hour → replacement requests may be denied.

7. Delivery Instructions & Special Requests
Provide any delivery notes at checkout (e.g., gate codes, “leave at porch,” building access).

We’ll accommodate all reasonable requests when possible.
