Dessert Print Inc. crafts highly customized edible toppers printed on sugar sheets, paired with our signature Premium Chocolate Bars or Cookies, depending on delivery region. Due to the perishable, made-to-order nature of our offerings, we enforce a strict, clear, professional no-return policy—limited exceptions apply as outlined below.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Every order—digital or edible—is made to your exact specifications. Once delivered, products cannot be reused, resold, or restocked. We do not accept returns or issue refunds, unless a qualified exception in Section 2 applies.

2. Damaged Digital Files (Downloadable Products Only)
If your downloadable file is corrupted or inaccessible due to our error, we will replace it at no extra cost. To qualify:

Report within 7 days of purchase

Email returns@dessertprint.com with:

Your order number

A description of the issue

We’ll send you a fresh, error-free file—fast and free.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Printed Toppers (Sugar Sheets)
Our sugar sheets are meticulously packaged to prevent damage, melting, or fading, and are sealed for peak freshness in delivery.

Inspect within 1 hour of delivery

If damage is found, immediately:

Email returns@dessertprint.com

Attach clear, timestamped photos of the damaged toppers

Include your order number and issue description

No photo evidence within 1 hour → request may be denied.

If confirmed damaged, at our discretion we will either:

Redeliver the exact product at no charge

Issue a refund (after customer returns the damaged topper for verification; return cost borne by customer)

3.1 Image Resolution Disclaimer
We print exactly what you upload. If your supplied image is low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, or otherwise inadequate for a crisp print, the final topper will reflect those issues. To guarantee sharp, vibrant prints, please upload images at minimum 300 DPI and 4K resolution where possible.

3.2 Optional Image Proof Service
For peace of mind, add our Image Proof Service at checkout:

Fee: $8 per design proof

Turnaround: 24–48 hours

Includes:

A high-resolution digital mock-up of your topper design emailed to you

Opportunity for one round of revisions before printing

Note: Proofs must be approved within 12 hours of delivery to avoid delays. If no approval is received, we will proceed with production based on your last uploaded file.

4. No Returns on Premium Chocolate Bars or Cookies
Health and safety regulations prohibit any returns on food items, including our Premium Chocolate Bars or Cookies. These items are baked or molded per order and delivered fresh via local delivery only. All edible food sales are final.

5. Delivery Zones & Methods
Local Delivery & Pickup: Glendale, CA & Panorama City, CA

Out-of-Area Orders: Toppers only (sugar sheets) delivered; edible bars and cookies available only for local delivery

We coordinate delivery directly—no “shipping.”

6. Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellations allowed within 1 hour of order placement

After 1 hour, production begins—orders are final and cannot be canceled

7. Customer Responsibility Disclaimer
We are not liable for customer-uploaded typos, low-resolution images, or incorrect customization. You approve exactly what we produce, so double-check your files and instructions before submission.

8. Ingredient & Allergen Responsibility
All allergen information is clearly disclosed on our Ingredients & Allergen Information page. It is the customer’s responsibility to review before ordering. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or dietary oversights—no refunds for undisclosed allergies. Contact privacy@dessertprint.com with questions before placing your order.
